The INBISTRA Way

Science-Driven, Business-Focused

We transitioned from successful academic careers at top-tier international research institutions to global pharma companies. Both in academia and industry, we have experienced firsthand how inefficiencies and a lack of strategic direction can prevent promising projects from advancing, leading to delays, escalating costs, and missed opportunities.

We understand the difficulties that life sciences investors, pharma, and biotech companies face, particularly when it comes to prioritizing projects and allocating resources. Deciding which assets to pursue can be overwhelming.

INBISTRA was created based on the belief that our decades of work in translational R&D, drug discovery and, executive management provide our clients with what we ourselves always wished we had: a strategic partner who understands the complexities of both scientific innovation and business development. Our direct experience navigating the distinct landscapes of both European and North American biotech ecosystems uniquely positions us to guide clients through global challenges and opportunities.

By aligning scientific goals with business strategies, INBISTRA helps companies reduce portfolio risks, identify and evaluate promising assets, and accelerate preclinical development to prepare for their next business milestone, whether it's clinical trials, fundraising rounds, or strategic partnerships.
