BioNorth Santiago 2025

INBISTRA was honoured to participate as a collaborator in BioNorth Santiago 2025, held on 8 November at the Faculty of Biology of the University of Santiago de Compostela. The event, organised by the Galician Biotechnology Association (GalBiotec) and the Spanish Federation of Biotechnologists (FEBiotec), brought together the next generation of scientists, innovators, and future biotech leaders from across Spain.

This tenth edition of the meeting exceeded expectations, becoming one of the most vibrant gatherings for young professionals in the sector. The numbers speak for themselves:

  • More than 250 attendees
  • Representation from 8+ autonomous communities
  • 20+ sponsoring and collaborating organisations
  • 40+ speakers and participants in the scientific programme
  • 10+ volunteers supporting the organisation

As collaborators, we were proud to help make possible a wide range of activities and materials that contributed to the success of the event, from attendee support and scientific sessions to networking initiatives and communication materials.

At INBISTRA, we are committed to supporting the development of scientific talent and strengthening the biotech ecosystem across Spain and Europe. Initiatives like BioNorth play an essential role in connecting young researchers with industry, fostering innovation, and building the foundations of tomorrow's biotechnology landscape.

We congratulate the organising committee for an outstanding event and are delighted to have contributed to this milestone edition.
