INBISTRA contributes to biotech talent development at IFFE Business School

During the week of November 17th, Ignacio Sancho-Martínez, PhD, CEO and Managing Partner at INBISTRA, delivered a masterclass for the Master's Programme in Biotechnology and Biotech Business Management at IFFE Business School.

The session provided an inside look into how the biotech sector truly operates: common early-stage pitfalls, strategic decision-making, project execution in preclinical development, and how the market evaluates scientific opportunities.

Through an open, example-driven discussion, students gained a clearer understanding of how biotech programmes are assessed, what criteria guide the progression of an asset, and which skills are essential to succeed in today's industry.
